The Staff Commissions Specialist is an advanced individual contributor responsible for leading Alkami’s end-to-end commissions operations and related accounting workflows. This role applies deep expertise in sales compensation, commissions systems, contract data, and commission accounting to solve complex issues, establish scalable methods and procedures, and improve the accuracy, control, and efficiency of commission-related processes. The role partners cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, Accounting, and systems stakeholders to strengthen data integrity, improve process design, and support sound commission-related financial reporting and decision-making.
