About The Position

We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical SIP and Commissions Analyst to support our sales organization. This role is responsible for administering sales incentive plans, ensuring accurate and timely commission payouts, and providing visibility into compensation performance. This is a highly analytical, behind the scenes role focused on data accuracy, reporting, and internal operations. The position partners closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Operations to ensure compensation plans are executed correctly and consistently.

Requirements

  • 5 years in an analyst, sales operations, finance, or commissions role
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience working with large data sets and reporting
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with commission tools or CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Exposure to sales incentive plans or compensation structures
  • Background in sales operations, finance, or revenue operations

Responsibilities

  • Calculate and process sales commissions in alignment with established incentive plans
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of commission payouts
  • Maintain and validate commission data, resolving discrepancies as needed
  • Analyze sales performance data and compensation results
  • Build and maintain reports related to commissions, quotas, and payouts
  • Provide insights to leadership on trends, variances, and performance drivers
  • Support administration of Sales Incentive Plans including updates and adjustments
  • Ensure clear alignment between compensation plans and sales performance
  • Assist in documenting plan structures, rules, and processes
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on compensation processes
  • Respond to internal inquiries related to commissions and payouts
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with compensation policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in commission processes
  • Help streamline workflows, tools, and reporting related to sales compensation
