The Compensation team serves as a strategic partner to the business, focused on designing and administering pay programs that attract, motivate, and retain talent in line with business priorities. Our team brings market and data expertise, understands how pay decisions affect equity, performance, and retention across teams, and helps leaders make sound, defensible pay decisions. As a Commissions Analyst you will own quota setting and sales commission administration for CHG Healthcare's sales organization. This role calculates and audits commission payouts, manages our SPM tools (Varicent, Xactly, and similar platforms), and applies sound quota methodologies to keep pay accurate and aligned with sales strategy. Based in Salt Lake City, UT, with onsite or remote options.
