Commissioning Provider II

ENFRA LLC•Denver, CO
•$101,610 - $135,645

About The Position

The Commissioning Provider II is a technical resource supporting Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) projects, primarily focused on HVAC system optimization, operational performance, and verification of energy savings. Projects generally span complex, multi-building and multi-campus portfolios in higher education and healthcare environments. The role serves as an internal quality and performance resource, collaborating with engineering, construction, controls, and operations teams throughout design and execution. It ensures system designs and sequences of operation are installed in alignment with project intent and support energy performance targets, with consistent delivery across large, complex, multi-site programs. The position plans and executes commissioning, reviews designs, validates sequences of operation, coordinates functional performance testing, and identifies opportunities to improve system efficiency, reliability, and maintainability. It works closely with retro-commissioning teams, controls contractors, and design teams to optimize airside and waterside systems and support successful project turnover and long-term operational performance. The role requires expertise in HVAC systems, building automation systems, energy conservation strategies, commissioning processes, energy optimization methodologies, and industry best practices, along with a focus on execution quality, documentation, and continuous improvement.
