  • Review and validate execution plans, including means and methods, schedules, safety protocols, environmental measures, and quality control procedures.
  • Monitor field activities to ensure contract compliance, documentation accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain calibration records for tools and equipment used during HV and commissioning activities.
  • Oversee system reliability checks for MET stations and SCADA systems performed by EPC contractors.
  • Conduct quality inspections at key stages of construction, with a focus on HV facilities and utility interconnections.

  • Track commissioning progress and production metrics against project milestones.
  • Monitor commissioning completion schedules and verify that deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Escalate HV or commissioning issues that are out of compliance or not functioning as intended to the Project Manager.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with clients, EPC partners, and internal teams to address progress, changes, and field challenges.
