Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in commissioning management within the energy sector.
  • Experience with renewable energy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of energy systems, equipment, and industry standards.
  • Proven track record of successful project commissioning.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in commissioning software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications in commissioning or energy management are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the commissioning process for energy projects, including planning, execution, and documentation.
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient commissioning activities.
  • Conduct inspections, tests, and performance evaluations of systems and equipment.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the commissioning phase.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
  • Prepare and present commissioning reports and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients.
  • Manage commissioning budgets and resources effectively.
  • Continuously improving commissioning processes and methodologies
