The Commissioning Manager leads the internal commissioning process and closeout of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and fire sprinkler systems on complex construction projects. This role ensures full system functionality, compliance with design and performance standards, and successful project turnover. The manager will collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and consultants to plan, execute, and document all commissioning activities, driving quality assurance and operational readiness throughout construction into final handover.
