Commissioning Laborer (Solar & Wind) Nationwide Travel Required
About The Position

Join a fast-growing team building the future of clean energy! As a Commissioning Laborer, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting solar and wind projects from installation to operation. Work outdoors assisting with wiring, panel connections, inverters, and turbine electrical systems, while supporting the team in troubleshooting, testing, and ensuring systems are safe and operational.
Requirements
- The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background, drug, and alcohol screen
- Able to lift and carry 40+ pounds
- Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel)
- Composite or steel toe work boots
- prior commissioning experience
Nice To Haves
- Construction experience
- Testing experience (Megger, VOC, IV Curve, Voltage)
- NFPA70E certification
Responsibilities
- Assist with finalizing electrical connections, panels, inverters, and turbine components.
- Test, inspect, and troubleshoot solar and wind systems to ensure proper operation.
- Keeping a safe and clean work environment
- Other labor-related responsibilities
- Working outdoors for extended periods of times in various weather conditions
