Fluidstack is seeking a Commissioning Controls Site Manager for its Data Centers. The company's mission is to make humanity more free by deploying frontier compute infrastructure for AI faster than anyone else. This role is crucial for delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute by rethinking every layer of the stack, from acquiring power to operating data centers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about this problem space and possess extreme ownership, velocity, a first-principles approach, and a love for the game. The commissioning team is focused on establishing a commissioning program for large-scale data centers, developing plans for new modular designs, and driving automated commissioning. This role will own controls commissioning delivery across BMS, EPMS, PLC, and SCADA (Ignition preferred) for Fluidstack's 2026 greenfield program, managing L1 through L5 phases in parallel across multiple sites. The manager will chair weekly site big room meetings as the Owner's Representative, directing contractors, designers, OEMs, and commissioning authorities. They will also build and deploy FPT and IST test scripts, own commissioning documentation, the controls budget, and change orders, and lead controls handover to operations while mentoring project engineers.
