About The Position

The Tile Shop is seeking a Commission Sales Associate to join their team. This role involves developing lasting customer relationships, selling tile and related products, and educating customers on installation and use. The associate will also track individual sales goals, manage store orders, and provide product updates. The expected first-year earnings range from $45,000 to $75,000, based on a draw plus commission payment structure.

Responsibilities

• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy

• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
