About The Position

The Tile Shop is seeking a Commission Sales Associate to join their team. This role involves developing lasting customer relationships, selling tile and related products, and understanding product installation and use to educate customers. The associate will also be responsible for tracking individual sales goals, managing store orders, and providing product updates. Professional presentation and other duties as assigned are also part of the role.

• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
