About The Position

Quadient is seeking a Commission Analyst to manage the comprehensive review of compensation plans for Direct and Corp Specialists, process commissions, and prepare payout summaries. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement new compensation plans, resolve calculation issues, and ensure data accuracy for timely report delivery. The analyst will also be responsible for preparing and verifying commission data, processing audit requests, and resolving sales commission inquiries.

Requirements

  • 1+ years' work experience in financial analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (reports, dashboards, pivot tables, lookups).
  • Microsoft Applications.
  • Hands-on experience with various systems (Oracle is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and effective use of information and reporting systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to sales compensation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Review compensation plans and work with team managers to clarify all components.
  • Review budgets assigned by team and confirm with FP&A team.
  • Create statements to calculate in compliance with compensation plans.
  • Calculate and administer commission calculations (monthly, quarterly, annual special bonuses and incentives) of assigned teams and upload payroll files.
  • Prepare and distribute the backup of commissions documentation.
  • Prepare monthly analytical reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and compensation effectiveness.
  • Process audit requests and necessary adjustments to monthly and quarterly commissions when applicable and updated reports accordingly for both sales and dealer organizations.
  • Research and resolve all sales commission inquiries.
  • Provide solutions for ad hoc requests and aid monthly reporting and bring to notice errors, if any.
  • Maintain and audit commission data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Evaluate commission guidelines periodically and suggest improvement measures.
  • Work with Project Management team on validations of various projects.
  • Support system implementations or enhancements related to commission processing.
