Responsibilities

• Check delivered product for quality and quantity to verify receipt of items on invoice.
• Load/unload supply trucks transferring between storage and work areas.
• Make timely deliveries to operating restaurants throughout the property and on schedule.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and storage areas and remove refuse. Perform routine maintenance on equipment, where applicable.
• Transport unused product for disposal and soiled service-ware to the kitchen and/or production area for cleaning.
• Assist all guests with specific requests and communicate special needs to supervisor/Manager on duty.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
