Requirements

• High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent.
• Two years commissary or retail experience required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• One year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and operate the facility commissary, including inventory, sales, and stock ordering.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all goods on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis to determine and monitor minimum and maximum levels.
• Evaluate commissary stock for variety and make recommendations for change.
• Provide supervision and direction for assigned inmates/residents in the performance of their duties.
• Conduct commissary sales operations in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Process inmate’s/resident’s order forms and enter data into computer.
• Create commissary delivery or pick-up schedule for inmate/resident orders, adjust for inmate movement or building schedule as needed.
