About The Position

Coborn's, Inc. is establishing a Fresh Foods Commissary within its Cash Wise Foods East grocery store in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This facility aims to enhance business efficiencies and provide high-quality, convenient products for customers. The role of Commissary Production I involves preparing, assembling, and packaging fresh food items, such as fresh produce and prepared deli products. Responsibilities include adhering to food safety, food handling, and safety procedures, preparing foods according to approved recipes and production standards for quality and portion control, and embodying Coborn’s vision, mission, and core values.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, assemble, and package fresh food items, including fresh produce and prepared deli products.
  • Adhere to food safety, food handling, and safety procedures.
  • Prepare foods using approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and portion control.
  • Assemble, package, and label fresh food products according to recipes, standards, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Fill commissary orders and prepare products for shipping and receiving.
  • Set-up and operate production equipment, reporting malfunctions and safety concerns to the manager.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment to comply with sanitation, food safety, and operational safety requirements.
