Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Proven ability to work independently
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of all store operations
- Experience managing a team of 10 or more employees
- Background in custodial services, grocery, stocking, or warehouse operations
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Military experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Supervise staff engaged in stocking, custodial, and warehouse operations
- Monitor workflow to ensure productivity and performance standards are met
- Ensure all tasks are completed within established timeframes
- Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
- Manage site-level HR functions, including scheduling, employee evaluations, corrective actions, and job postings
- Ensure compliance with company policies, site procedures, and applicable regulations
- Oversee health and safety programs
- Serve as the primary liaison with customer representatives
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Handle emergencies, employee incidents, and accident reporting
- Resolve employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues
- Maintain adherence to all federal, state, and company policies
- Promote and maintain a clean, safe working environment
- Complete required administrative tasks and daily closing procedures
- Work across all operational functions, including warehousing and shelf stocking
- Motivate and inspire team members through leadership and example
