About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Commissary Manager in the Spokane International Airport. If you thrive in a fast-paced food environment and are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you! This role involves managing all warehouse and production kitchen activities with a focus on food quality, leading and developing the team, and overseeing systems and processes. Key responsibilities include inventory control, cost evaluation, setting up par lists and stock on hand controls, office management, forecasting, budgeting, and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse/commissary in a management/supervisory capacity.
• Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
• Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members.
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Culinary background is desirable.
• associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
