About The Position

This role involves coordinating supplies for the OSD department, managing manpower, tracking performance, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures. The agent will also communicate with ramp personnel, investigate delays, and suggest improvements to working practices. Occasional operation of ground support equipment may be required.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Be able to speak, read and write in English.
Valid driver’s license.
Able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays and varying schedules.
Able to pass a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) and five (5) year background check.
Able pass a Drug and Physical requirement medical test.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all supplies for OSD department including ordering and stocking work areas.
Partner with allocators to monitor and adjust manpower as needed including assignment of PT relief agents.
Track and report performance results in OSD department including delays, baggage performance, and additional services.
Adhere to and coach all agents to safety related policies and procedures.
Supervise lead agents: allocating OSD agent resources as needed.
Ensure the OSD personnel adhere to established company safety regulations.
Prepare disciplinary incident reports as needed for violations of company policy.
Assist in the preparation of performance evaluation forms.
May occasionally operate various pieces of ground support equipment.
View video recordings and investigate for any assigned delays to Simplicity.
Communicate and coordinate with ramp personnel for all STAR flights, RON's, and any flights that require a security sweep.
Suggest any improvements to working practice especially those relating to safety and security.
