Requirements

• High school diploma
• More than six (6) months of experience in handling materials
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to lift loads (maximum 50 pounds)

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (French and English) (an asset)
• Knowledge of electrical products and Microsoft Office Suite (an asset)

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandise reception.
• Place products in their correct locations within the branch.
• Verify the accuracy of ordered products and the condition of assembled products in the warehouse.
• Manage a portion of the inventory and handle merchandise returns.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the storage area, as well as the appearance of the counter and service areas.
• Welcome customers at the counter, verify requested information, and take orders.
• Perform all other related tasks.
