Requirements

  • College diploma (DEC) in accounting, administration, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting (experience in a technology company or video game studio is an asset)
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and office tools
  • Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • La connaissance de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste car le/la titulaire devra collaborer quotidiennement avec nos équipes des studios internationaux et participer à des réunions de travail qui se déroulent exclusivement en anglais.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong asset: experience with Workday (finance or HR)
  • Knowledge of an ERP or accounting software: a plus

Responsibilities

  • Enter accounting data (vendor invoices, expenses, expense accounts, etc.)
  • Process payments and monitor accounts payable
  • Participate in the full billing cycle and manage accounts receivable
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and assist in preparing monthly reports
  • Support the team during external audits
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and sound accounting practices
  • Collaborate with production and human resources teams to ensure the accuracy of project-related financial data
