The Commercialization Manager - Taste leads the transition of new products and packaging changes from development into successful operational execution. This role owns commercialization activities following Gate 2 approval, coordinates cross-functional project delivery, and ensures new products, pack sizes, transfers, and source document updates are implemented accurately and on time. The preference is for this individual to be based in the Clark, NJ area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant experience in commercialization, project management, new product introduction, supply chain, or manufacturing operations strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, ERP systems such as SAP, and structured stage-gate processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Gate 2 approval activities and meetings, including validation of completed NPD activities and commercialization checklist requirements.
  • Manage the initiation, coordination, and completion of new product introduction (NPI) SKUs through commercialization milestones.
  • Oversee the initiation and completion of new pack size launches, ensuring alignment across supply chain, operations, and project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project execution support post-Gate 2, including recurring project meetings, pre-run calls, post-run calls, ECC reporting, and weekly customer-facing updates.
  • Coordinate and facilitate SAP setup activities required to support product or manufacturing transfers.
  • Initiate and coordinate creation of new source documents for TPM-related projects to support accurate commercialization execution.
  • Manage packaging-related updates to source documents and ensure documentation remains current throughout implementation.
