About The Position

The Commercialization Associate Project Manager supports a cross functional team through a defined commercialization process. Effectively work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all projects are executed within the scope of work. Responsible for timeline development and milestone management. Responsible for effective communication of project status to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Effectively listen and clarify information as needed.
  • Develop project(s) scope of work, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
  • Facilitate project team meetings.
  • Help the team execute the process and remove their own roadblocks.
  • Provide clear team communication and expectations including background, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Keep projects moving toward completion by escalating decision points, proactively flagging issues, and problem solving.
  • Perform risk management analysis to minimize project risk.
  • Develop effective communication plan.
  • Align on project timeline with subject matter experts and maintain real time accuracy.
  • Conduct analysis to provide input for decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
  • Assist commercialization of corporate initiatives to achieve the overall corporate strategy.
