About The Position

We are seeking an Analyst, Commercialization to support the successful execution of innovation, product maintenance, graphics refresh, and cost savings initiatives across our finished goods portfolio. This remote Illinois-based role will partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, track milestones, manage timelines, and help drive projects through the commercialization process from concept to launch. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required: preferably in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
  • 1-3 years previous experience in R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or other related functions.
  • Exposure and understanding of multiple supply chain and other business disciplines (R&D, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, etc.) in previous positions or project work preferred.
  • The position requires strong project and influence management skills to ensure project success.
  • Exposure to commercialization and start-up procedures.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills - both formal and informal with the ability to communicate within all levels of the organization.
  • Possess continuous improvement mindset.
  • Highly collaborative style with the ability to surface conflict in cross-functional integration roles that may impact the project's success.
  • Strong computer skills with heavy data manipulation focus (i.e., Excel).

Nice To Haves

  • Degree is preferred; Supply Chain Management or Engineering is preferred.
  • Exposure to SAP or other ERP transaction systems and information flow a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross functional team to execute commercialization launch of new or modified products.
  • Actively communicate critical launch milestones and timeline to meet 1st ship dates to project team.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Graphics teams to ensure graphics projects are executed to overall commercialization timeline.
  • Ensure material specifications and master data workflows are initiated and completed to project timelines.
  • Create, build and initiate Finished Good General Recipes and Printed Material specifications, including shepherding SAP PDM workflows.
  • Maintain Finished Good General recipes.
  • Partner with Commercialization Project Manager and cross-functional team to identify risks and develop mitigation plans to achieve commercialization timeline.
  • Collaborate with Commercialization team and cross-functional partners to improve the commercialization feasibility and launch process.
