About The Position
LWC Services is hiring experienced window cleaners for steady commercial work with organized crews at a growing, family-owned company. This is not an entry-level labor position; candidates should be experienced technicians who are comfortable working at height and able to contribute immediately. The role offers full-time, year-round work and higher starting pay for experience, with premium pay considered for aerial lift operators, rope descent technicians, workers with scaffolding experience, and crew leads. Typical work includes commercial building window cleaning using lift work and drop work (RDS), water-fed pole systems, and cleaning atriums and interior glass at hospitals, campuses, and other large facilities. Requirements
- Prior window cleaning or high-access experience.
- Comfortable working at height.
- Reliable transportation.
