About The Position

Liberty Ford Vermilion is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Commercial Vehicle & Truck Service Center, and we're looking for an energetic, motivated Commercial Service Advisor to join our growing team! This role serves as the primary point of contact for commercial and fleet customers, scheduling service appointments, coordinating repair needs, and communicating effectively with customers and technicians throughout the repair process. The goal is to provide exceptional customer service, build long-term client relationships, and help keep local businesses and fleets on the road safely and efficiently.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license with a company acceptable driving record.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors and other contacts.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiple and divide.
Must be able to type.
Must maintain a professional appearance.

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive, truck, fleet, or service advisor experience is preferred.
2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a Ford dealership preferred.
Experience using ADP Dealer Services Software a plus.
