Requirements
- 2+ years of parts sales experience preferred
- Experience in heavy-duty truck parts, commercial vehicle parts, automotive parts, diesel, or aftermarket parts strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and web-based systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous forklift experience preferred
- Candidates with experience in automotive parts, equipment rental, industrial supply, warehouse operations, service advising, or customer-facing sales environments are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide inside parts sales support to retail and commercial customers
- Assist customers with identifying, ordering, and recommending heavy-duty truck parts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Support daily parts counter operations and inventory processes
- Pull, stage, and organize parts orders as needed
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training
- Collaborate with team members to support department goals and customer satisfaction
- Assist with additional parts department initiatives as needed
