Requirements
- Must be admitted to the Florida bar in good standing.
- 4-7 years of experience as a practitioner.
- Regulatory & administrative code experience in the cannabis industry.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with cannabis industry license applications.
- Experience ensuring compliance with real estate regulations and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, licensing agreements, and other commercial agreements.
- Processing adult recreational or medical license applications.
- Representing corporate & business interests.
- Ensuring compliance with real estate regulations and requirements.
