Dedicated team is seeking an experienced Commercial Structural Foreman! WHAT WE DO We are men and women who believe it requires investment to be great. THE OPPORTUNITY This is a great opportunity to lead a crew and be hands on. You will manage day to day job details for assigned projects; manage crews in the field to supervise efficiency and labor costs; manage job equipment/tools/materials, etc. The overall purpose is to manage the job’s day-to-day operations to ensure budget management, proper staffing and project overall success!

Requirements

• Excellent leadership qualities.
• Extensive experience in Concrete Foundations/Flatwork.
• Proficient in understanding, reading and interpreting plans.
• Strong communication/organizational skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to set goals and tasks.
• Team player with everyone involved in the success of each job.
• Ability to remain calm, focused and make the right decision under pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Setting an example of great leadership.
• Understanding project scope for successful project completion.
• Managing crews, daily tasks, budget, materials/tools, etc.
• Communicating daily with your Superintendent.
• Completing daily logs/production sheets.
• Following through with added project site tasks.
• Complying with all safety policies and practices.
• Containing project cost and risk management.
