About The Position

As a Commercial Strategy Manager I, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and business performance, helping to shape decisions that drive growth and customer value. You may also support the go-to-market strategies for our software and research content products.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in product strategy, pricing, GTM planning, partnerships, market analysis, or similar roles.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a curiosity for market trends and customer behavior.
  • Knowledge of SaaS business KPI’s.
  • Ability to translate data and research into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative, forward-looking mindset with a desire to contribute to commercial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize and analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to customer, market, and product performance to support insight generation and forward-looking strategy development.
  • Monitor and analyze key data sets to support the development of recurring deliverables explaining monthly, quarterly and annual business performance.
  • Support data requests in service of go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, specifically related to opportunity sizing.
  • Collaborate with strategy leads, product, marketing, and sales teams to align on commercial goals.
  • Conduct competitive and market research about new entrants, new products and subscriber cohort preferences to inform strategy.
  • Support the development and distribution of information to stakeholders at various levels across the organization.
