About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on, organized leader to run the field side of our specialty services division: post-construction cleaning, floor care, carpet care, and pressure washing across the New Orleans metro area.

Requirements

• 3+ years in commercial cleaning, restoration, flooring, or construction — with 1–2 years leading a crew or team
• Hands-on knowledge of floor care, carpet care, and/or post-construction cleaning
• Comfortable working a budget, not just running a job
• Strong communicator who can juggle multiple sales reps and job requests at once
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and background, reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Led crews in construction, flooring, restoration, facility maintenance, or commercial cleaning

Responsibilities

• Review each new job with the sales rep who sold it — budget, labor hours, materials, and scope — before it is scheduled
• Staff and schedule crews based on skill and specialty
• Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors, Leads, and Technicians in the field
• Run QA inspections and sign off before the customer does
• Keep every job on budget — track labor and materials against cost, catch variances early
• Own equipment readiness, safety compliance, and crew development
