Architect B2B Customer Journeys: Design and implement audience-centric journeys across the full lifecycle—from lead acquisition and nurturing to onboarding, cross-sell/upsell, and win-back. You will ensure the right message reaches the right stakeholder (Fleet Manager vs. Driver) at the right time. Technical Campaign Execution: Build and execute complex automated campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud. You will utilize HTML, CSS, AMPScript, and SQL to develop dynamic, templated messaging and troubleshoot campaign assets. Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Collaborate with Sales teams to develop ABM strategies within Salesforce, targeting high-value accounts with tailored messaging that supports sales conversions. Master the Data Architecture: Lead the Commercial customer identity strategy. You will manage the complexities of B2B data relationships (one-to-many, company-to-employees, company-to-vehicles) and define data triggers for always-on campaigns. Optimize & Iterate: Embrace a "test-and-learn" mindset. You will analyze customer signals with our analytics teams (GDIA) to optimize open rates, clicks, and conversions, continuously refining our segmentation and creative approach.
