About The Position

We are seeking a Commercial Solutions Banker to deliver a seamless, high-touch digital banking experience for our commercial clients while advancing our mission of a more inclusive and regenerative economy. You’ll guide clients through a smooth and confident client experience by supporting with everyday digital banking needs, serving as a trusted resource from day one. Collaborating across teams, you’ll manage communications, support client interactions, and contribute to growth in commercial deposits and treasury services.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in commercial or business banking, treasury management, or a similar client service role.
  • Strong understanding of commercial account structures and treasury service products.
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a digital-first or remote banking environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for new commercial and business clients throughout the account opening process.
  • Open commercial checking, money market, CD, and specialized business accounts.
  • Guide clients through documentation requirements and assist in structuring accounts.
  • Support digital onboarding communications and ensure accurate, timely account setup.
  • Assist clients with setup and management of digital treasury services.
  • Deliver training and onboarding on digital platforms and tools to clients.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient service implementation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Tier 1 service and technical inquiries related to online and mobile banking platforms.
  • Address troubleshooting of digital banking tools.
  • Monitor and respond to support queues and shared inboxes to ensure timely, accurate resolution.
  • Support call handling performance and drive digital channel engagement.
  • Deliver a proactive, concierge-level experience by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support.
  • Build and maintain strong commercial client relationships to drive engagement and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional banking solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Advise opportunities to introduce additional banking solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Ensure all onboarding and servicing activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Monitor cash management activity for anomalies or risk indicators, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits and quality control.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and the overall digital client experience.
  • Adopt a commitment to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice.
  • Stay informed of applicable regulatory requirements and complete all mandatory compliance and IT training.
  • Pursue and demonstrate an understanding of established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Question suspicious activity and collaborate closely with the respective department(s) to help prevent fraudulent activity.
