About The Position

The Commercial Services Specialist II will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties associated with the commercial loan functions. Assisting in the management of loan relationships; ensuring loan documents and files are organized and kept current electronically; assisting clients and vendors in the areas of billing, documentation and loan servicing.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of five (5) years Administrative Support experience is required.
  • Proficient reading, writing, grammar and mathematics skills.
  • Proficient interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Extensive typing ability.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Superior oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated personal computer skills with the ability to operate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Willing and qualified to serve as a notary public.

Nice To Haves

  • A four year degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in the financial services field highly preferred.
