About The Position

Efficiently manage the acquisition of titles of the resolution of DealShield claims by utilizing various tools and platforms to cross-reference, research and report on title information. Foster effective and regular communication with internal and external clients such as DealShield, Arbitration, employees at Manheim physical sites, clients and floorplan company representatives. Collaborate with the Dealshield and Arbitration teams regarding risk cases. Respond efficiently to client inquiries related to DealShield/title transactions while providing quality service and effective problem resolution in accordance with all company policies and procedures. Effectively maintain both internal and external account relationships and promptly escalate any concerns to management for thorough review. Create and maintain basic Excel spreadsheets for tracking title status. Efficiently manage vehicle notes by reviewing, entering, and updating them in the system, while also monitoring shared email boxes and Teams channels to promptly research and respond to requests. Submit tickets to create a pre-receipt record in the vault. Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum: High School Diploma/GED
  • Generally less than 2 years’ experience in a related field
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Must possess good problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in automotive auction or dealership experience preferred.
  • Basic Excel skills to include data entry, filtering, sorting, etc. are preferred.
