The University Corporation is a non-profit auxiliary corporation providing commercial and administrative services to California State University, Northridge. Our mission is to provide services and solutions that address the needs of California State University, Northridge; to support the academic, research and creative endeavors of its students, faculty and staff; and to enhance the quality of campus life. Under the General Direction of the AD of Facilities and Operations, and direct supervision of the Meal Plan Coordinator, this position is responsible for assisting the Meal Plan Coordinator with the administrative functions for the campus’ meal plan program and serves as a point of contact for all campus departments, dining outlets & vendors regarding the meal plan program. As a contact for students & parents, this position may give presentations to parents of incoming students, sign up new participants each semester, coordinate communication with the students & parents, assist students with interpretation of meal plan charges on their Web Portal, & coordinate in-person sales in the Meal Plan Office. This position will assist in the development, implementation and oversight of all meal plan policies and procedures. This position will also provide ongoing support to the Director of Administrative Services and the AD of Facilities and Operations. Additional duties include special projects for the University Corporation management team as assigned.
