About The Position

The DH Pace Company, Inc., in Tempe, AZ, is looking to hire Commercial Door Technician Trainees. This role requires the ability to safely lift 100lbs overhead and a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Experience with commercial doors, including roll-up doors, high-speed doors, door hardware, dock equipment, and dock levelers, or similar skilled trades in the commercial construction industry is a plus.

Requirements

• Able to safely lift 100 pounds over your head
• Commercial Entry Door Technician or Installation Experience
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Enjoy the mental challenge of being able to trouble shoot to solve customer needs

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Service a wide range of commercial door and door hardware
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
• Other duties as assigned
