About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated P&C Service Manager to oversee a $2M–$3M premium book of mid-sized to large commercial accounts. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine account management expertise with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring staff, managing workflows, conducting performance reviews, and driving process improvements. The position also provides a clear growth path into broader operational leadership within a dynamic and growing independent insurance agency.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial P&C account management, specifically handling mid-sized to large commercial accounts.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to mentor and inspire team members while maintaining accountability.

Nice To Haves

Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with demonstrated leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in HawkSoft is preferred; experience with Applied Epic or AMS360 is also acceptable.
Relevant certifications or training in commercial insurance are a plus.
