Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of NEC requirements and commercial electrical systems
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple service calls effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in a variety of environments
Nice To Haves
- Journeyman Electrician license preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues in commercial buildings and facilities
- Performing service calls, maintenance, upgrades, and electrical repairs
- Troubleshooting wiring, panels, lighting systems, controls, and power distribution equipment
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Installing electrical panels, conduit, switches, receptacles, lighting fixtures, and related equipment
- Conducting preventive maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become costly problems
- Ensuring all work meets NEC requirements and local code standards
- Clearly communicating findings, solutions, and recommendations to customers
- Collaborating with project managers, foremen, apprentices, and other trades to deliver exceptional results
- Maintaining accurate service documentation and work orders
- Upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and workmanship
