About The Position

The Commercial Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing various aspects of service operations, including customer communication, scheduling, dispatching, and administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in the service industry scheduling or dispatching preferably in the HVAC, electrical, or automotive environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, concentrating on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Capable of managing time properly and efficiently and self-starting.
  • Ability to prioritize, adapt and remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
  • Passion for helping others.
  • Present a professional, positive, and helpful attitude always.

Responsibilities

  • Submit items requiring Contract Amendment/Adjustment to Customer Accounts to the Contacts department.
  • Schedule, quote, and discuss repair services with customers and technicians, and provide customer updates via phone and in-person.
  • Research and maintain month-end open tickets needed to process invoices.
  • Coordinate and dispatch service technicians; communicating with customers and technicians until satisfactory job completion.
  • Open, process, and close work orders and update applicable systems with service history.
  • Process and respond to scheduling requests from customers, technicians, engineers, and site visits and repair services for managers.
  • Maintain time & material parts process and communicate to the customer when parts have been ordered and received, as needed.
  • Complete other various duties assigned by management.
