Responsibilities

• Install new equipment or systems for commercial customers and ensure the systems exceed customer expectations.
• Educate, train, and demonstrate the new system to customers.
• Coordinate and complete jobs in close collaboration with supervisors and other technicians.
• Maintain a positive rapport and attitude with coworkers and customers.
• Provide solutions and apply expertise to challenges that arise for customers.
• Keep up with industry changes and developments in products and technology.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, professional vehicle image.
• Implement ideas and strategies to make tasks easier.
