About The Position

Ready to suit up as a Commercial Security Guard. What matters most about a role like this is your sharp eye, capturing every detail as you scan a series of screens. Your strong observation skills with attention to detail are your greatest strengths. As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as security operation centres, call centers, construction sites, parking lots and gatehouses, etc.

Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills
Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
Be able to work Morning shifts
Customer service oriented
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a stressful environment

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in the security industry

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and Secure environment
Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
Provide Excellent customer service.
Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence
Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches.
