This role drives revenue by securing new accounts and servicing client relationships. Core responsibilities include prospecting facility managers, cold calling, conducting in-person meetings, hosting industry seminars, and tracking pipeline activity within CRM and operational platforms like Luxor and RMS. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Five plus years’ experience in an outside sales (B2B) role
  • Two plus years’ experience in a Customer Service role

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree or bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Experience in the Restoration, Construction, or Insurance industry

Responsibilities

  • Build a target list of property and facility managers within commercial buildings.
  • Execute B2B cold outreach via emails, phone calls, and in-person visits to schedule meetings.
  • Conduct market research and investigate industry conditions to identify new leads.
  • Coordinate, promote, and attend company marketing events, including Lunch and Learn Seminars for insurance professionals, trade shows, and community events.
  • Help facilitate Continuing Education (CE) classes and commercial seminars.
  • Track all metrics and sales data using RMS and Luxor systems.
  • Maintain an up-to-date commercial client contact log and sales pipeline.
  • Generate regular performance reports, including weekly lead/job counts, weekly individual sales on estimates, and comprehensive monthly sales data.
  • Assist project coordinators by taking before and after pictures of large loss sites.
  • Create and submit daily loss reports and lead reports.
  • Submit a weekly log of activities and scheduled meetings.
  • Participate in staff meetings, company trainings, and conferences.
  • Plan, develop, and establish ongoing sales policies and procedures.
