Requirements

  • You're interested in starting or growing a career in B2B sales, especially within the technology or telecommunications industries.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles across industries such as hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or business services.
  • Willingness and ability to learn quickly, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multi-tasking and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales growth through a multi-channel approach, including outbound calls, text messaging, email campaigns, networking, and in-person commercial outreach.
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations to demonstrate our business services and solutions to commercial customers.
  • Support senior sales staff in driving new business opportunities and nurturing existing commercial relationships.
  • Contribute to lead generation efforts by networking and engaging with local businesses and industry professionals.
  • Perform customer analytics initiatives and data-driven marketing analysis to support business growth.
  • Assist in managing commercial customer projects and ensure all sales activities are logged accurately into our CRM system.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year + monthly bonuses
  • Top performers can achieve on-target earnings of approximately $90 - $100K annually
