About The Position

We are looking for a driven Commercial Sales Manager at Tech24 to generate new business locally, grow existing accounts, and drive profitable revenue growth. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and creating opportunity. You will have the flexibility to pursue business across local, regional, and national accounts while partnering closely with operations to ensure strong service delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven ability to build and grow a book of business
  • Strong hunter mentality with a drive for new business
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in service-based or field service industries
  • Experience working across multiple markets or regions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and relationship building
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline in Salesforce
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
  • Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue multi-location and national opportunities
  • Partner with operations to ensure service delivery meets expectations
  • Support resolution of service issues impacting customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company professionally in the field
  • Build referral networks and industry partnerships
