Navan is looking for an exceptional Manager of Commercial Sales to help develop and scale a team of Commercial Account Executives. This is a critically impactful segment for Navan with a $38B+ market potential across the travel & expense space. As a leader of this market, you will have the opportunity to break into untapped territories with your reps selling the market-leading platform in travel & expense management. Your goals are to grow revenue by driving and enabling your team on prospecting and execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a hyper growth environment with outbound sales leadership experience in an industry-disrupting space. You will report directly to our West Director of Commercial Sales and will be based in our San Francisco office. You will recruit and manage a team of 5-7 Account Executives focused on building pipeline and new business execution.
