Empowering Future Sales Leaders in Healthcare Innovation: Are you energized by building relationships, solving problems, and driving business growth? The GE HealthCare Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is a premier, two-year rotational development program designed for early-career professionals who aspire to lead in healthcare sales. Through three dynamic rotations over 2 years, CLP participants gain hands-on experience across GE HealthCare’s U.S. commercial organization, contributing to high-impact projects that shape the future of healthcare delivery. As a CLP, you’ll build core sales capabilities through hands-on experience in customer engagement, territory management, digital selling, product training, and leadership development.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026 – all majors welcome.
  • Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments across the U.S.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • Will not sponsor employment visas for this role, now or in the future.

  • Strong academic performance demonstrated by a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale).
  • Prior internship or co-op experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
