About The Position

Commercial Sales Estimator (High-Performance Role) CertaPro Painters® of Harrisburg, PA This Is Not an Entry-Level Estimating Role We are looking for a proven Commercial Sales Estimator who knows how to win work, price it right, and drive revenue. If you’ve built estimates, chased bids, and closed real commercial painting projects, keep reading. If you’re still learning — this is not the role. Bottom Line We are building a serious commercial sales engine. We want someone who can step in, take ownership, and drive revenue immediately. Requirements

3+ years of COMMERCIAL painting estimating experience
You understand: Production rates Labor burden & job costing Coatings systems & surface prep
You’ve bid and WON commercial work
You’re comfortable being accountable to numbers and results
You don’t need hand-holding — you execute

Nice To Haves

You’ve worked with plans & specs regularly
You’ve built relationships with GCs or property managers
You know how to balance competitiveness vs. profitability
You take pride in closing, not quoting

Responsibilities

Hunt and develop new commercial painting opportunities
Walk jobs, break down scope, and build accurate, competitive estimates
Bid from plans, specs, and real-world site conditions
Build relationships with GCs, property managers, and decision-makers
Close deals — not just send bids
Own your pipeline and consistently drive revenue growth
Deliver work that hits margin targets, not just volume
