About The Position
The Commercial Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects. This role develops detailed estimates, evaluates project documents, supports bid preparation, and works closely with preconstruction and project management to deliver competitive, accurate proposals. The ideal candidate has strong commercial construction estimating experience and a solid understanding of market conditions, construction materials, labor costs, and estimating best practices.
