About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Sales Coordinator to support our Commercial Sales team. This position plays a key role in the successful execution of commercial door, frame, and hardware projects by assisting with estimating, scheduling, contract administration, order processing, and customer support. The ideal candidate is organized, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has experience coordinating multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.

Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
2–5 years of experience in commercial construction, project coordination, estimating, sales support, or a related field.
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of commercial doors, frames, hardware, or multifamily construction products.
Experience with estimating and project quotations.
Understanding of margins, markups, and contract administration.
Experience with industry software such as Avaware or similar systems.

Responsibilities

Support outside sales representatives with project quotations, pricing, order entry, and follow-up activities.
Prepare and maintain door and hardware schedules using industry software and Microsoft Excel.
Process customer orders and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
Assist customers via phone and email, providing product information and project support.
Coordinate submittal packages, warranties, closeout documents, and other project-related paperwork.
Confirm delivery schedules and communicate updates to customers and sales staff.
Review commercial contracts and ensure required documentation is received and properly processed.
Reconcile contract discrepancies and assist with project billing reviews.
Maintain project files and contract documentation.
Monitor production, delivery, and open-order reports.
Distribute reports and project updates to sales staff.
Maintain commercial product literature and catalog resources.
Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as needed.
