About The Position

Bath Fitter is looking for a Commercial Sales Consultant to grow our commercial business through strategic account development, executive-level relationship building, and consultative selling. This field-based role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys opening doors, influencing decision-makers, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Commercial sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and growing customer relationships.
  • Experience managing a sales territory and generating new business.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
  • Ability to travel for training (Real ID or passport required).

Responsibilities

  • Develop new commercial business within your territory.
  • Build relationships with property managers, facility leaders, and executive decision-makers.
  • Present customized solutions, proposals, and bids.
  • Negotiate agreements and pricing.
  • Grow and manage key customer accounts.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth and customer retention.
